Quest mode level rewards?

Wondering if there is a list of what each character gets when they hit a certain level in quest mode.

 

Lvl 10 was the first Card feat I got if anyone is interested.

when looking at a character in the quest mode area, have a look at the character completion tab (skills, powers, cards list, COMPLETION) and they are listed to level 29
