Locked character in quest mode

I've got a locked character in quest mode that I can't drag to form a new party or delete. I think I've seen that in story mode this means the character may be in a current party, but in quest mode I don't see any list of active parties. Any way to unlock the character or even just delete it?

Yeah  I have the same problem, and can't figure out what has triggered it.

Configure browser push notifications
Chrome (Android)
  1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
  2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
  2. Select Site settings.
  3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
