One of my characters died during my first completion of Black Fang's Dungeon and missed out on the Skill Point for completing the Adventure. I re-ran Black Fang with no deaths and was hoping that the second completion (first for the previously dead character) would give the missing bonus...it did not.

 

Any idea on how I can attain this missing bonus?

There's a bug that marks the scenario completed without awarding the Scenario reward.  It should just leave the Scenario uncompleted.  They're working on it.  There is, to my knowledge, no work-around.  (I started a new passle of characters and played from the start.)
