I'm not sure if this is yet another quest mode bug, but when I tap the experienced characters button I get two copies each of the two freebie characters and none of none of them have the card list or skill feats I have acquired through story mode.

Thanks for the report we'll look into this, I think it is tied to the Quest Mode bug. Can you provide a screenshot please? Thanks!

 

Also keep in mind Quest mode characters and Story mode Characters are completely separate characters and you can not take a character from one mode into another.
