Any reason that a Kyra's Heal Power would only do 1 Heal?

I was healing Meresiel, and only healed 1.

But minimum should be 2, right?

Ill take a look at this. If you could grab a screenshot of this happening (show before you roll) it would be worth close to a thousand words for me. :D

 

Also if you do a screenshot can you tap the effects panel along the right hand side of the screen? It generally has the scenario name there, this will let me see what effects are happening at the time of the roll.
