When you choose a different difficulty, the section During This Scenario should change with a bit more prominence.

Maybe the newly added text could be red.

And give a line of space between the new powers and the Wildcard Power.

 

You could even go crazy and give it a title. Something like:

 

All monsters are super bad.

 

DIFFICULTY: all monsters are even more badder now. Also 54 wildcard powers.
