Game wont load

I am about 60 hours in and today the game won't load. I can get as far as the loading screen and after about 2 minutes of waiting the screen goes black and takes me to my PC's home screen.

 

Has any one else had this problem. I have no idea what do. I have restarted the computer but it doesn't help.
