Combat tool tip (the one that hovers over head) question

Hello.

I was wondering if the combat tool tip that is hovering over head while in combat could be more permanent ? In combat I need to mouse over the character in order to see what actions they are making.

Whether if they are attacking, casting a spell, recovering or simply is doing nothing.
