Disregard.

If you travel to Magrans Fork before talking to the hanged Dwarf and recruiting Edar, Durance is not there.  Thought I had stumbled on to a neat quirk.

Just checking to see if this is working as designed.  First time I'm seeing this.

 

Although clearly a bug, I'm thinking it's a little more isolated to your or your version of the game. My priestess of Eothas met durance in the usual spot post-live 2.0.
