I am currently experiencing a bug with Eder's Quest. I went to the Ruins without Eder and now I don't receive any dialog options to decrypt the Standard. 

 

Also it seems to be affecting the Songsmith Roska Bounty as she is not appearing. I re-entered the map over and over but no Roska. I believe the Eder bug is preventing her from spawning.

I was just going to report the same exact issue but it seems you were faster.

 

As you wrote, you cannot finish Eder's quest "Fragments of Scattered Faith" if you pick Readceras battle artifact without Eder being in your party. Roska Bounty is blocked as well for me.

I'm having the same problem with Eder. He was not with me when I first went to Ruins. When I went back later with him, he talks while I search the area and even mentions that something is near the boat. But nothing is active. The tent has an a treasure spot, but it is empty now. Also, the bounty is not there either, as previously mentioned.

Hopefully this is addressed after the next patch as it doesn't look like 1.06 does...
