I haven't gotten any such event since updating to 1.05.0567  (act II ).. This type of event used to be quite frequent before ..

I have.  Just last night my Caed Nua was attacked by black slimes and other monsters.

Out of half a dozen playthroughs, I've had precisely one monster attack (Vithrack's on my last game). Keep hoping this will be addressed in a patch.
