When I was on quest 'The man who waits' (main quest), on part 'Talk to Ethelmoer about Azo', and found a bug, I cannot speak to the head warden (statue in the center of the room) to get access to the basement of the sanitarium.

After 1.05 patch I was able to speak to the Ethelmoer, but there was no Azo in the basement lab. (I used cheat to get his key, this solved the problem) 

I was just able to finish that quest no problem, though I did get the quest after 1.05 was release so maybe it is bugged if you started it before?

 

Azo is off to  the right and took me a while to find the door to his lab, but he was there.

Necrophagist, what cheat did you use? I'm having the same issue.

Hit the tilde (`) key to bring up the text box and type 'iroll20s' to unlock the console commands, It will disable steam achievements. And type 'AddItem azo_key 1', something like that.
