Game looks good not sure if my old pc can run it thought. Systemrequirementslab says I can but they are wrong alot.

Looks to me with what little research I could do with the specs you gave me, your cpu and gpu are just slightly under par using:

Digging deeper becasue I really wanted to double check (the game is that great that i'd dedicate more time to see if someone else can play it) I've come with some worse news. Using Passmark i've looked up your CPU and GPU and what I've found is your set up is definatly worse than steams minimum specs. Your CPU is rated 1881 vs  Intel Core i3-2100T @ 2.50 GHz / AMD Phenom II X3 B73 that come in at 2770/2744 respectively. (Source https://www.cpubenchmark.net/mid_range_cpus.html) Your GPU was a bit harder, but the best Radeon HD 3600 model comes in at 251 vs the ATI Radeon HD 4850/ NVIDIA GeForce 9600 GT at 756/749. (Source: Yours http://www.videocardbenchmark.net/midlow_range_gpus.html  Minimums: http://www.videocardbenchmark.net/mid_range_gpus.html) The only thing i couldn't find that maybe a god send for you is if your card is a "Model Shader 3 Compatible Video Card" because i can't find that "spec" anywhere and thats what the PoE on Systemrequirementslab says you need. According to that site all you need is better than a Pentium 4 and core duo is much better than that. So as far as I can tell, No it wont run based on Minimum Specs but you might scrape by with what you have if your card supports model shader 3 and you play at Very low quality.
