Gear Advice for solo Cipher?

Hi, been looking around on the wiki and wondering what gear people recommend for my solo Cipher (I am keeping my save 1.04 till after this run). Sadly I screwed up and missed my Sanguine plate, but using the following

 

the dinner plate of relation (or whatever the name of that shield is),

exceptional Plate Mail,

The Unforgiven (flail),

Lead Spitter (Blunderbuss),

Ring of +10 to saves, ring of +10 deflection,

Bracers of accuracy,

boots that give consecrated ground,

belt of might +3,

and my cloak or amulet keeps changing (spell resist at the moment)  

 

 

These are my current talents at level 10/11 (Body Attunement is missing in pic)

I am fairly sure my last talent should be sword and shield style?

 

What gear should I am for? what am I missing?
