[1.05beta]Unstopabble Talent is not working against Knockdown attack after save and load

It seems Unstoppable talent is not working as intended

I use console command and let Calisca use Knock down ability for test.

And I got Acc:31-Fort:48 = -17.
Fortitude 38 + 10 = 48, so Unstoppable is working.
But After quicksave and load

I got Acc:31-Fort:38 = -7
Fortitude 38 against prone and Unstoppable +10 bonus  is not adding.
 
Please check this bug. I think unstoppable, mental fortress, body control all have same problem and make them bad choice.
