I can not forge the blade after getting the 4 parts.

 

I talked to Dunstan during Act 2 when I had 3 parts only. Later on the events that closed the city happen and I returned to Caed Nua where I found the last part. Now, when the city is open again, I have no dialogue option to forge the blade.

 

I hope this will be fixed soon with the next patch.
