Stronghold Bug

I think I have found quite a nasty bug.  At present I cannot access the stronghold menu from any location, not even withig the stronghold itself, I keep getting the message that the stronghold cannot be accessed from this location.  I'm not exactly sure what has caused this bug, but everything was fine before I went to the Burial Isle, once there I got to the pit and entered it, I then realised I had a few unfinished quests and immediately loaded up a previous save from just before entering the pit.  In the process of completing the unfinished quests I tried to access the stronghold menu and noticed the problem.  Hope this information helps you to resolve this issue, I haven't seen anyone else reporting it as yet.  Also in the final fight on the Burial Isle, just before reaching the pit, Durance got knocked out.  Once the fight finished and he revived he was stuck in place and wouldn't follow me, I managed to fix this problem by logging out of the game and restarting it.
