Can we get a "Refresh" function?

Seems like the armor equip/unequip issue and the Noonfrost issue could be easily fixed if there were a console command that allowed you to "refresh" the state of your character (i.e. whatever happens if you boot them from your party and add them back in).

 

Would be nice to have access to that function (or just trigger some version of it every time we load the game).
