I can't replicate the exact steps for this bug, but control-clicking multiple equipped items on my main character and moving them around has caused the items to be completely destroyed twice, once when I was just trying to figure out how to split stacks of consumables, and then again when I tried to see how it happened the first time. The items specifically I used where boots of zealous command, a 5 stack of potion of minor endurance and a 3 stack of potion of minor regeneration. I have done this in the expedition hall and in copperlane, I have checked my inventory and stash to confirm they aren't going there, nor are they being equipped to any other character in my party
