Title says it all, really. Today I got my gaming computer ongoing, and I was wondering how PoE plays in it. Well... It plays not so good. In fact, it crashes just after clicking the game exe. file. Soo... Here you go, here's the crash report (can you guys make something out of it?)

Info: So yeah, I have fresh windows 7 in this computer. And I'm preatty sure this should run the game just fine.

Here's my specs.

Intel Core i5 4670K 3.4 GHz (BX80646154670K)

CLUB3D R7 260X 2GB DDR5 RKing

DirectX 9 initialization failure was the cause reported in your logs. Since you mention your system being a new install, it's most likely you don't have DirectX 9.0 installed - download and run this DirectX End-User Runtime (June 2010) to fix that.

This would be necessary for any other games using DirectX 9.0 too.

Edit: Your OpenGL setup looks to be problematic too. Check that you have installed recent Catalyst drivers for your AMD graphics card.

Yes! It works as it should be now.

Thank you very, very, very much!

Thanks for the update - given its widespread usage, you'd have thought Microsoft would have had the sense to include a full version of DirectX 9.0 in recent Windows versions.

You said it. This computer made updates for half of the day, but none of them about DirectX. x) It leaves you wonder what updates it even made haha.
