Can't select spells to cast

I don't know what happened, but in Elmshore I suddenly cannot select anything for characters to do. If I mouse over their portrait their spells and actions do not come up. In combat I can click to attack, but cannot access potions, spells, etc. They are not available, period. 

 

i already lost an entire inventory of gear on a character from another bug, and now when I am off work and can play this bug is stopping me from actually doing anything.

Configure browser push notifications
Chrome (Android)
  1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
  2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
  2. Select Site settings.
