patch 1.0.4 background missing

I started playing the game again with the release of patch 1.0.4 but the backgrounds for raedrics hold and gilded vale are missing, its black all the npcs and loot are still visible but you cant see anything else. the inside of the hold is fine and when i quick-travel to my base the background is there. i haven't visited any other location other then the ones i mentioned so i don't know if the other places are working or not.

nvm fixed the issue with a re install
