Pretty simple - the loading screen starts but then crashes leaving this error report (attached*)

I have installed patch 1.04, am running poe.exe as administrator and have tried to delete the windows font mentioned in other posts on crash fixes but have found it (the font) to not exist. Am running windows 7 home premium...

kinda sucks coz its vital to moving forward in the main quest...
