I had Kana initiate conversation after I killed Od Nua in second to last level in Endless Paths, that was before 1.04 patch. Then I left the final boss till I levelupped, patched the game, killed him, and I got the same conversation with Kana.
Now I don't know if I was ment to have a different conversation, maybe about killing a dragon, or game just mistakenly threw the previous in again.
