[1.04] Creatures that growl sometimes loop audio when DoT is applied

Specifically, this happen intermittently when my rogue uses Crippling Strike to Hobble opponents. I first noticed with while fighting wolves in Magran's Fork. Same thing just happened against a Revenant in Raedric's dungeon. Tried to reproduce, but as I said, it's intermittent.
dxdiag is attached. I have a save for the latter scenario if it's helpful.
