[Bug] Knocked Out Party Members Block Select Next/Previous Character

Hi folks, just a small bug I've encountered. If you have a knocked out party member, the select next character/select previous character shortcut keys won't "jump" over them, most likely because you can't select a KO'd character. I assume the intended behavior would be to skip to the next selectable member of the party.

I figured. Is the intended behavior to jump to the next character, though? Seems to make a lot more sense, to me anyway. Otherwise a KO'd character renders the next/previous character hotkeys a lot less useful.
