When I met up with Sagani, I immediately sent her to the Stronghold as my party was full. When I add her again to the party later though, I don't see Itumaak at all and his portrait on top of Sagani is missing. This happened even after removing and adding Sagani to the party again. Sagani will activate Artic Fox companion when added to the party but Itumaak is still completely missing after that. This happened on my quicksave and is really frustrating as the last normal save I did was way before even meeting Eder.

 

 

I just encountered this bug on the PS4. I left her in the stronghold and did all of the Endless roads. When I went to switch her back into the party, Itumaak was gone and nothing I can't seem to get him back. Since this problem is two years old, I'm guessing there is a fix for it besides restoring to a previous save and never taking her out of your party. Anyone know what it is?

Got the same problem on my PS4.

 

I kicked Sagani from party at Caed Nua, saved, reloaded, get her in again and Ituumak is now there.
