(CRASH) Saved Game

I played the game up to April 10th with no issues.  I got on my computer to play the game this evening and every time I click to load my saved game, the entire game crashes in the loading screen.  Attached are my dxdiag and output_log files.  I attempted to attach the saved game file but received the error message: "You are not permitted to upload this kind of file."

Configure browser push notifications
Chrome (Android)
  1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
  2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
  2. Select Site settings.
