Attempting to load game results in crash.

The last time I played the game was April 10th.  Got on my computer to play today and my saved game won't load.  The entire game crashes every time during the loading screen right after I click on the saved file I want to load.  Attached are the dxdiag and output_log file.  I attempted to attach the saved game file but I received the error messag: "You aren't permitted to upload this kind of file."

I managed to get the saved game to work today.  I'm not sure entirely how, to be honest.  I just turned my computer on and it loaded right up with no issues.  I won't push my luck and ask too many questions.  It works, so I'm good. :)
