During the conclusion of "The Hermit of Hadret House" when you are getting prepared to actually attend the hearing at the palace; I noticed Lady Webb's voice-overs did not begin at the beginning of the dialogue like it did in previous patches.  Someone should take a look, it's easy to spot.

This seems to happen randomly with some other dialogues as well.

I experienced this during one of Sagani's quest dialogues, as well as Eder's dialogue immediately prior to the Thaos battle.

I've jumped around the quest dialogue for Lady Webb and it seems to be on time. Can you be more specific to which dialogue or attach a save file I can check out?
