BSOD while saving and increased load times

Hey,

I got a BSOD while I was saving under the gateway in Caed Nua. After that my computer wouldn´t start so I gave it a few minutes and it came back. The game feels slower than the first time: loading saves, loading character portraits in character creation, loading inventory etc. takes forever. Deleting save games, verifying game cache and disabling steam cloud did nothing. Also my temperatures seem to be just fine.
