Repeating sound right after start of a combat

Hello,

 

Right after each fight starts the sound of a mage casting a spell (??) triggers. I'm not sure but I think it started to happen when I first encountered Maerwald or near this moment in game. Is it normal behaviour at this moment in game ?

It seems that after changing language from polish to english this bug doesn't repeat anymore. One thing to note is that I've also changed my resolution so it could be something too.
