After the patch, my game is either crashing when trying to load a save. It's the GoG version and what can be done to fix it? I've already tried a reinstall.

Well. I solved my crash issue :)

 

Revalidated my files via Steam's interface and had to reload 3 files. I works again. Thanks anyway.

My version is on GoG not steam. That doesn't help me.

Ok, somehow it appears to have resolved itself. If it does it again I'll say something. Weird.

I hope attached is what you need. output_log.txt This is from the latest folder, I have crashed so many times I have tons and tons of folders

Judging by the callstack, I think you just need to Verify the Integrity of your game files in Steam.
