April 7, 201510 yr You get a Chanter early on, if you go to Caed Nua. There is no Rogue NPC though, so if you want one you have to make a custom.
April 7, 201510 yr I wouldn't make a Chanter because Kana is excellent and you get him right after Gilded Vale. Go with a rogue or monk.
