So my game freeezes within 1 to 5 zeconds of running the game, the furthest I can hope to get is the title menu.

Hw do I fix this?

Windows 8 64 bit.
Intel i7 4770K @ 4.2ghz
SLI GTX 980 [both overclocked]
MSI Z87GD-65 GAMING mobo
16gb Crucial Ballistix RAM

  3. Adjust your preference.
