[Bug][1.0.3] AoE Circles Wrong

This is on a pre-patch savegame, it looks like all of the AoE circles are smaller than they should be, here is a screenshot:

Notice that the prone Dargul is highlighted even though the yellow circle is not touching its selection circle, also notice that the rogue next to the Dargul is highlighted even though she is outside of the red circle.

 

I believe the highlighting is correct (I cast the spell and it hit both targets) but the circle is too small for some reason.
