Game crashing after changing areas

Thought I would wait until the patch to post about this, to see if it would get fixed. Unfortunately it didn't.

 

Basically when I boot the game everything works fine for a couple of load screens, then when I change areas again the game crashes.

This happens every time, the only variable being the number of load screens I get through. Sometimes it crashes right away.

After today's patch the game crashes upon loading my save.
