In the quest visions and whispers after arriving in Gilded vale and being told to rest and having the vision of the hung dwarf woman in a dream and being told to find her on the tree I cannot converse with her. The green ring appears on the floor and I click it. It then flashes and my character moves closer to it but then nothing happens.

 

I get no journal updates and can't continue the quest. I have recreated the bug in 2 different games. Both with rangers as a class. I have tried to converse with her before and after speaking with Eder and still there is no journal update. I havn't managed to start a game and pass this point yet so I can't give any more information.
