It looks like either the display or the actual values on the Scroll of Restore Light Endurance is bugged:

For comparison, a Scroll of Restore Minor Endurance (the one before it) is +10 Endurance, while a Scroll of Restore Moderate Endurance (the one after it) is +22 Endurance.
