setting to reduce gore

Hi there, I was wondering if there is a setting (or mod) to turn off the gore (i.e. flying hams) and reduce the amount of blood splatting around. Some folks would appreciate this, I'm sure. Thanks.

There is a "Gibs" checkbox in the graphics setting that removes the "flying hams".  Nothing for blood splatters in general though.

Configure browser push notifications
Chrome (Android)
  1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
  2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
  2. Select Site settings.
  3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
