I am level 4, using a cypher and chose two talents: biting whip and drain whip. My grazes with mind blades can easily do 20-25 damage and hits can go up to 45. My arbalest grazes for 43 damage. All of them against guls (which have no damage resistance). I have 19 Might. Is that normal? Or is biting whip bugged?
