I'm doing the long hunt quest and am at pearlwood bluff which is the area where there are the cliffs you are supposed to go to. Now I have explored the entire area and cannot find anything in the area to help progress the quest. Am I missing something or is this a bug that needs to be fixed. I am pretty sure there should be a purple note thing somewhere but it is not on the map for me. Anyone else encountering this issue/what should I do to fix it?

agreed, i cannot find any interactable object in the map.

I have the same problem. In the nw corner I see a dead body with a purple book next to him but can't interact with it. I'm not even sure if that's it though.

Well I figured it out for me anyway. Sagani was not in my party. I had to include her.
