Mod for resting

Has there been any talk of a mod which could change the ammount of health you regain after resting?  I would love to see a mod that allows you to gain a fraction of your health per rest insted of completely regenerating.  Is this type of mod even possible?

With the limited number of camps you can carry at a time you might be shooting yourself in the foot.

I know that I am in the minority but I don't like that aspect of resting at all.
