Cipher Soul Lash turns off w/ items with Unconquerable, does not turn back on, cannot generate Focus

Whenever a Cipher equips an item with Unconquerable, such as the Drinking Horn of Moderation, her soul lash turns off and does not turn back on under any circumstances.  This means the cipher no longer gains any focus during battles.  Also, the Cipher's intellect keeps rising as well.  Unclear as to why.

    Just noticed this as well.  I was wondering why the Grieving Mother's focus was so low during a fight and she had the Drinking Horn equipped.  I removed it and things returned to normal.
