After getting the mystery scroll from the bandits, I put it in the dragon skull, like the quest suggested. After speaking with Wael, the spooky blur filter persists on screen. It feels like I've got alergies or something. Anybody know how to turn this off? Here are some screenshots demonstrating. I can replicate this bug, and it lasts even after I've restarted my computer and loaded up the save file again.

I've got this one too but somewhere else. Screen also is a bit purple and I hear dead people - Watcher's "vision" stuck to the screen and nothing worked so far to turn it off.

 

edit. got rid of it by exiting/entering game and resting.
