Game Blacks out after trying to enter the Black hound

After completing the Raedric's Hold quest, I returned to the Black hound to resupply. If I try, to enter the black hound, the game blacks out. I can travel to other locations fine, but the game blacks out at the Black Hound inn. Work around?
