I also have this problem.  I've searched around the internet and this is very, very common.  The only fix I have seen is something about deleting a text font in windows.  no idea how to do that despite reading the "fix".  I'm posting the fix below in case it helps anyone.

 

Run your command prompt as administrator (cmd)

Type command: attrib -r -s c:/Windows/Fonts

Go to the Fonts folder (C:/Windows/Fonts)

Delete font called UNCL
