Bug or not: Simultaneous stronghold upgrades

Heyho,

 

the official Pillars of Eternity wiki states you can have simultaneous stronghold upgrades going on. However, I can't (it always says "... in progress" and that's it).

Is this a bug or has this been changed short before release?

Configure browser push notifications
