Description:


Crash of Pillars of Eternity at start-up via Steam.


 


Steps to Reproduce the Issue:


All the time.


Running as Administrator makes no difference except the user question.


Closed steam in task manager details en restarted and still the same problem.


Restarted the PC and still have te same problem.


Used te UNCL Fonts removing but the command prompt doesn't seem to do anything / there is no UNCL Font to delete.


 


Important Files:


I don't have permission to upload a file yet or the basic uploader fails.


But I have a Output log and DXdiag.

I have the exact same problem, nothing happens when I click play on steam.

 

However when I select run in 256 colours (in the porperties tab of the .exe) it does run. Same with you?

Just solved my problem with not starting by going back to the nvidia drivers 347.52

 

In case you have a nvidia card, you might try this too..

256 colours didn't work.

 

Now with 1.03 patch I can play.

 

I have ATI GPU.
