Apologies for the noobish questions but where can I actually find things like the Wallpapers, Campaign Almanac, soundtrack etc?

I bough the game through Steam...

Check the folder for the game itself, should be in Steam\SteamApps\common\Pillars of Eternity

Thanks. I had done that but turns out I had to check the game files through that option in steam and even though it had said it had downloaded the extra content, it hadn't.
